Buyable logs or pallets mod

Hey all.
Don't know if the mod exists otherwise you may give me the link to the mod.

I want a mod where I can buy logs.
I'm not in to the forestry work but I do like the factory's working with pallets.
So if I don't make pallets myself I can't work with these factory's.

So I was wondering if there was a mod that can let you just buy the logs, or pallets is fine to.
Just like you have the buy bales mod.

Or can someone make the mod??
