Bindlbach

I found this good looking map. Bindlbach but the main problem i have is that you own every field except for 10 fields, wich is boring. I can use giants editor a little, but can anybody plz help me with a tutorial how to make fields buyable....I tried some but it did not work... Thank you!!!
