Help with attacher joint please..

so I found me a nice hopper bottom trailer.. everything works and looks great except one little thing.. I need to make it so it doesn't lift the trailer when I go over the raised sale points.. I know it can be done cause ive read change logs where this has been a resolved issue.. ive changed all 3 numbers in the lower limit both up and down to no avail.. ive opened the model in GE but I see no indication in the attributes of anything I could change that would solve my problem.. I love the trailer as its like the one grandpa and I used to use but having the trailer swing wildly 10+ ft above the ground at the sale points makes it almost unusable.. my heart is really set on using this trailer so if someone could just point me in the direction of what I need to fix in terms of the xml and/or i3d u would be a more awesome hero than BlackWidow.. ok maybe not.. she is the coolest.. but u would still be pretty awesome.. thank u in advance for any help

So is it just bumping a lot when going over bumps or something?

no when u drive over the raised sell points and the truck levels out instead of pivoting at the attacher joint allowing the wheels of both the truck and trailer to stay on the ground it lifts the trailer into the air keeping it almost completely level with the truck.. I have another tipper that V1 did that but I found V2 and it doesn't do it and it says it was fixed in the change log.. the only changed related to the attacher joint in the xml that I can find is the lower limit which I have attempted to change to no avail

Edit- if somone will tell me how to upload a screenshot on here ill show u what its doing.. I know I know.. all this time and many posts here on the forum and ive never uploaded a screen shot.. I'm lame

That appears to be a collision issue.i think it's the legende's fault tbh. It's so long and the hitch is so far forward it hits the trailer. Have you tried other trucks?

yea.. it does it with all the trucks to varying degrees.. maybe its just a problem based on game limitations.. its really annoying.. for that matter y on earth did they raise the sale points anyway.. irl ive hauled more tonnage of various crops to elevators than I could keep track of and ive NEVER seen any kind of raised platform short of one elevator that had their lift raised up about 6 inches above the ground.. but otherwise ive never seen any lifts or grates that were up on a platform like that.. it seems really impractical especially here in the game.. is this a thing across the pond? maybe someone from Germany or round about could shed some light on the matter.. I just want my trailer to follow the laws of gravity

Have you tried changing the max rotate setting? If it could rotate more maybe it would stick to the ground

well.. that worked.. I went in and increased the lower rotation limit for the truck as well and that seems to have lined it out.. now I have to make all my trailers and trucks lower rotation limits match and the pointless raised platforms wont be a problem at all.. I guess luckily for me I gave up on using most of the in game equipment when I switched to pc so I don't use any of the in game trucks or trailers.. ty for trying to help
