So...I purchased FS17 8 days ago and am absolutely pleased with the game and mods available for consoles. I have it for the XB1 and hats off to the modders and all mods available and any that are in works. However, I joined this forum a few days ago and have not had the luxury of searching every post and replies in this forum for inquiries I have about game mechanics and mods. I post 1 thread and it's immediately locked for whatever reason. All I had was an honest request, not to stir the pot and ruffle any feathers. So, I suppose I'll be one of those trolls who sit back and wish upon a star someone else will ask the same question or advice.

Contact a moderator, or the specific moderator who locked your thread, about this issue, instead of posting it on the forum.

You should buy a pc.... pc gives a zen like calm.

Your thread was more than likely locked due to the fact that there is a mod like what you described. It's pc only since it requires outside scripting and will never make it to consoles.

I agree with mano, that mod has been released. It is just like you mentioned in your thread Airwolf. Buy a PC, then you can have these mods. The person already gave you an answer and you didn't want to accept it. In all honesty, the guy never said anything back to you that was hurtful in any way. It got locked because there are many mod requests for console that can't be done, and you got your answer that it won't happen since it has scripts.

I totally accepted the answer that I was given. My feelings are far from hurt ( boots in the desert for 2 wars has numbed my feelings) I didn't know why it was locked, that's all. I didn't know the concrete and rock requests were already asked.

You're just unfortunate in that there is constantly threads opened when there is already existing threads. The huge console mod thread is rarely or never more than halfway down the page. Your thread was locked for a that very reason.
