[WIP]Smith's Equipment S650

Post by Smith Modding »

As some of you know, I am making a work truck pack. I am opening a new thread since the other one got so off track. Here are some details:
1-It is based off the Ford F650 Medium Duty truck, but will be released under Smith's Equipment S650
2- It will be released in a series of packs
The first one, the tipper pack. It will include a Tipper Bed and a TMR Wagon bed
The second one, the work pack. It will include a Wrecker bed, a Fixed Flatbed, and a Box Truck
The third one, a hauler pack. It will include a Dually Pickup Bed and a Hauler Bed made for towing semi trailers
3- The beds will either be bought as separate trucks or as a configuration- I while figure that out when the time comes closer to release
4- There will be engine choices, body color choices, and rim color choices, and maybe rim choices
5- all of the trucks will have a bumper hitch. The flatbed and pickup will have the option for a fifth wheel/gooseneck hitch, and the hauler will have one standard.
6- More trucks might be made after all three packs are completed. Not before. Feel free to give suggestions, but unless I really like it, it will be completed after these three packs are released.
7- There is no time frame right now- I have a busy life and other mods I'm working on, but I will work on it when I find time.
8- It will come to consoles, as I have three other mods I plan on releasing before this.
9- Unless it has been a few weeks since an update, please don't ask for any. I'm still learning and this will take some time, so don't pester me about it please.
To prove I am actually doing this, here is a few pictures of the chassis. It is not complete by any means, and some stuff you see will be removed as I add beds, and some stuff may be added. I also plan on doing the cab before starting on the beds, as they will be added one by one in GE.

If its gonna be an option it'd be on the tipper and tmr wagon, I'm not sure if it's possible to add axles but I will definitely try *thumbsup* Also, I know BSM has done this, would you guys like the opening and closing doors? I'm pretty sure I can look into BSM's MF pack and see how they did it and use it as a reference, I just need to know whether or not y'all want it so that I know if I should attempt it or not

I'm glad I won't need a tractor to run a TMR mixer anymore. Just a telehandler

So a couple of options you might be able to work with (take into consideration I know nothing about how all this modding works) making different flatbed as far as removable wooden sides or making it to where we can strap stuff on to the flat bed. Also where you can out a weight on the front of the truck for heavier loads. Possibly car like trailers for other trucks or other vehicles coming to fs17
