5 things we realy need (at least) as mod - and which would work

These are the 5 things we realy need - at least as a mod - imo (for consoles too of course):

(Not meant as ranking:)


1: A drivable manlift (Work cage); maybe mounted on a truck or for the ITR.

Reason: Sometimes it is useful to cut down only a few big branches (first), not saw the whole tree down. If you want to make a way passable for bigger vehicles - or if you don't want to create a big chaos by logging trees that stand very close to each other.


2: A crane - 360° rotation would be great. Also to lift things high of course

Reason: To move seed and ferilizer boxes from one place to an other, or to load/unload a trailer w/o driving around all the time with a little forklift. Bigger loader are often to big. It would save a lot of time - and "CSZ" shown it is possible. Plus: If you can move things high, it also means you can carry your cargo over obstacles w/o you have to drive around long ways.

(A big crane to load vehicles on trailer? - If the engine can deal with it somehow: of course: Maybe with a platform under the vehicles.)


3: An excavator for loading/unloading boxes and bulk cargo - 360° freedom.
Similar to the Ponsse Harvester, just with the tools of the loader (fork, shoovel, could also work as crane with CSZ ...)

Reason: It is clear which advantages the 360° movable arm (from the Ponsse Harvester) brings. Why not use this for other works like moving bulk or loading trailers?! The control works also great for the harvester.


4: Lanz Bulldog ;)
Reason: It is a very important historical tractor. Would be cool to have it in the game and also for consoles.


5: A hand driven lawnmower - if it is possible somehow with the engine.
If not, just add a very small drivable one - you know: like in Forest Gump :D
Would be ideal if it saves the mowed grass automatically in a (fixed, small) tank. You just need to unload it.

Reason: To reach places in which a tractor doesn't fit. Like near fences or near buildings. Grass is everywhere - a mower should be too. ;)

Just started to play FS17 - move logs into the machine?! Here would be a 360° excavator with the right log tools very useful.

Also ... for the manlift/aerial work platform: Maybe only a self driven one is possible(?), because of the game engine. You need to use the cahinsaw to cut branches - which only work if you can control it while you stand inside the work cage.

BsM is making a Liebherr trackhoe, a push mower isn't possible for consoles, a Lanz Bulldog probably isn't licensed,

I would like a lifting platform, maybe a skidsteer mounted mower as well?

Also, what about this one?

6. A bigger/real fuel truck

I buy a lot of fuel at once (better to overlook and cheaper, cuz you can bring it to the vehicles) - I am now using 3x Joskin 20.000l tanks and one truck. But the equipment is very expensive as you can imagine. Why not give us one big fuel tank/truck? Would save a lot of costs especially for the equipment.

(Plus: We have the Big Bud now. Hard to drive it to a fuel station with 3 wheels on one side.)

I like the in game one, even the fuel proof one as I can lift it with a skidsteer up on those shelf's we got awhile ago

ya I would say if your green houses are far away you could just fill a tipper with manure haul it with a telehandler, then tip anywhere and then fill it up, but if some one could get a tipper to fill it that would be better
