Many things are possible. The question however is if there is a modder that is motivated enough to spend the additional effort required to get a mod ready for the consoles. Also event though Zetor is part of the base game the manufacturer might not have given permission that Giants can release a forestry version of their tractors. Therefore it is highly unlikely that there will be such a mod of the consoles anytime soon.
