Mods Error Xbox One

I've been trying to get the Spotlights mod and Streetlamps mod working on my multiplayer game however I keep getting an error message saying that the mods aren't installed however when I go into Career the mods are there and I'm able to use them in the game. Are these two mods just not compatible with multiplayer or have I done something wrong with my gamesave/modhub?

Like you thought, they are not compatible with multiplayer. Don't know why...

It's either a scripting issue that makes them not available in multiplayer or they cause to much lag because of the fact that it's a placesble and would take up a lot of slots. Which probably means the modDesc says

Have you tried to un install and install again. All mods released to console are "suppose" to be multiplayer ready.
