Just like real life there is no guarantee for snow. Plus the u.s. geo is taken in Missouri which don't get much snow. Just use seasons without a geo and you have a greater chance for snow. Had nothing to do with the map

No, that is a feeder, and you can't fill it if your hay bar in the menu is full
