Sugar Cane trailers

Post by niggle44 »

Anyone tested yet to see if they are tall enough to tip into the Peecon mega mixer ?. Might make mixing large amounts of TMR a bit quicker cutting out the loader work.

Yeah i personnaly like mixing bales better so i dont really have to fine tune the mixing. 4000 increments is enough for me. Just to stressful to mix loose material by itself

bales are nice but when your making food for 500 cows, and 250 sheep you run out of bales fast. This is why I love the forage and chips silo, I keep straw, and hay in there. Grass is the only thing I bale anymore

Yep, they are tall enough. I just started to play with this last night. I actually have a silo storage full of silage, hay and straw, sugarcane tipper, mega mixer then the entry point for more silo storage all in a line to really crank out making food.

It works amazingly. On console there isnt a super jazzy way to handle lots of bales like there is on PC/Mac. Also, the number of bales is limited, so I've never been a fan of bales on console.
