After I edit the model in 3DS and import they into the GE, the textures will look normal. But when I assign a shader buildingShaderUS.xml and a specular map they become dark.
I did not find anything on the Internet.
What am I doing wrong? How to fix it?

Hi,
Probably you have missed to set the shader variation to secondary_gloss or stg like this.

I changed this setting. But it gets worse.
