Header cutting direction problem

I have been working on side mounted forage harvester. Right now the problem #1 is that the harvester is cutting only on reverse, i.e. only when driving the tractor backwards. I have tried pretty much everything to correct the problem - even disableBackwards=false -command fails to work. Any ideas how to fix this?
