Vihicle Sounds and Beep...beep

1. I have a Mack truck that I like, it drives well and has good power, but the sound for running down the road is terrible, and annoying. It sounds like a washing machine motor, with someone beating on something with a large hammer in the background. I have a Tatra Agro truck and an Man I like, so I thought I would try to edit (replace wav files) from them. Apparently it didn't like the new files, no engine startup, and you can barely hear the running sound while going down the road. I have few other semi's with good sound effects, but when I when I unzipped them, there was no Sound folder present. Do some vehicles just use a default sound(s) supplied by Giant?

2. Good headset, please, I'm about to go death, please tell me there is a way to disable the back-up warning. Some of vehicles are just too loud and annoying.
