Why don’t we have hazards on console?

I was wondering if there was a reason why we don’t have hazards on console? Or why isn’t there a mod which enables us to have hazards? I imagine it would be easy to do coming from a non-modders point of view

On Xbox One I plugged a keyboard in, activated number lock and hit NumPad 2 and hazards worked. I only know of one other person it worked for though

I believe it was a key binding issue or something like that. Can't quite remember though

What would be the performance difference between hazards and beacon lights flashing?

No by hazard lights he means both turnsignals blinking at the same time. that is a keybinding issue. the realistic beacons is somthing else.

Don't see how key bindings can be an issue either. It could be implemented so you triple tap left or right on the d pad. Once for each turn signal again to turn it off again to turn on hazards. Just like the headlights key has multiple settings. And performance wise it wouldn't be a problem. You can have a beacon and turn signal on. Multiple beacon Ed trailers towing all with beacons and turn signals on. So how are hazard lights a performance issue or a key binding issue?? Doesn't make sense with me.

Hazard lights is not the performance issue ...
It is the reflections from the beacons that is!

And regarding keybindings there could be plenty more than GIANTS use, if you configure the layout differently.

We can't configure it on console so we are stuck with what we get. But it is able to be implemented. The ic controls for certain Tractors was Modder and added to console. Why not this

Or you hold down both bumpers on the controller and push up on the d-pad (I’m not on the game so I don’t think it conflicts with anything)?
