How to edit so i spray more?

Hello FS Forum!
i have a problem when i want to adjust the LitersPerSecond in .XML file, and go in to the game for testing it no change have worked! WHY NOT! i'm just trying to get it more realistic, when i drive with my slurry trailer, i hope someone can tell me how to make it use more slurry, so it will be realistic.
