not lifting palletts (sorted)

I downloaded this forklift,  but it wont lift straw pellets. the forks just go through pallet like its hollow

I have even tried it with no mods only this forklift, I am playing map churnfarm 2017

Have you tried moving the pallets with another machine? Just to rule out the map/pallets/or machine mate
