Mod keeps reinstalling..

Every time I quit the game then load it back up. The fendt harvester pack is in my installed mods.

Only reason I see it is because it needs a update.

Why's it keep reinstalling itself??

Erm it's even doing it now while I'm playing.

That is one of the most frustrating phenomenons of FS17.
Just pray that it didn't happen with a map or worse with 2 maps.
I had to uninstall and install the game completely multiple times to get rid of those pesky mods.
According to QA team, they can't replicate the issue but they are aware.
The thing is, after some time it solves itself.
Some say that when the mod disappears from the "latest" category (green numbers) you would be able to successfully uninstall.
I can confirm that but even that doesn't work all the time.
My opinion, as I've expressed to Giants multiple times in detail, is that the issue is cause by the updating system.
Cause this happens only to the mods that were updated at least once.

Yep i have two stuck trailer mods atm and for the 3rd time overall (its always two at a time for me ) Updated and uninstalled dozens of times previously before they permanently were uninstalled. Yep maps are awfull had that once myself. I like the update theory it makes sense to me since it seems to occur right after a update, maybe giants can use that for trying to replacate it.

Is this happening nong on PS4 because I've never experienced it on xbox. Just wondering, because if it is only PS4 then it could be something on Sony end rather than the actual game. If it was something wrong with the game software then it would affect everyone I would reckon

Happens on PS4, yes

And xbox as well but its very rare bug so not many people run across it and thus giants cannot replacate it.

On thing I've found on ps4 is uninstall the mod but stay on the same screen then turn off your wireless connection for 10 sec or so then turn it back on. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't I have multiple mods that reinstall themselves for some reason

Not on PS4 at the moment but I do have a mod selected on another map so might try deselecting it and then try uninstalling it....when I get a chance

It’s only a bailer for me but I’m reluctant to download any maps just for a look just in case I can’t uninstall them...need to keep space for The Lone Oak Farm
