Attach and fill

Hello, I've been working on a Bougart mod for a bit now and I am trying to add a hitch to the back of the air seeder unfortunately it won't hitch up to anything any help would be great.

Secondly, I want to add a refill trigger to the arm of it but I can't get that working either.
