Modding AI Wages and Income from Jobs

Hello everyone! I tried so hard to find where i can edit the AI wages and the money you get from completing missions on other fields. I know it is modified according to the difficulty you set at the beginning but i still can't figure out where the numbers are...

Let's give an example. I play on easy mode, but i think that the AI wages i give are too low and i want to increase how much i pay them. I also think that the money i get from jobs are too much so i want to decrease that.

Or i may be playing on normal or hard mode and i think i am paying the AI too much, or i want to increase the money i make from the jobs i complete.

I tried searching every xml, even the careersavegame ones, but i still can't figure it out.. Can someone help?
