Help Converting Mods from 15 -17

Hello All.

I Have been trying to convert some mods over from Fs15 to Fs17 but I have no clue what I am doing, I have read the tutorials and all the other Help Information but I just can seem to get my head around it. (I am a very Dull person) So I was hoping someone could help me in doing this. Or could do one for me and show me how they did it and what they changed to make it work. Or show me where I am going wrong.
