SCS Files

I've downloaded several mods for FS17, however, some of these mods have an unfamiliar file extension. First, just what is the SCS file extension? And, what do I need to do to be able to use these "mods", if they are mods, in FS17?

The SCS files I use are for Euro Truck Simulator 2.

Yup, .scs files are for ETS2 and ATS, they aren't for FS =)
