ModHub Description with other mod recommendation link?

How do you setup the modhub description (or what is the process) to add a link a recommended mod to go along with the mod being uploaded?

Just put a note in to the testing comment box?

I've seen some mods where there is a link to another mod as a recommendation under the description in a separate html/css container.

i guess contacting the Q&A team with a short explanation and link should do the trick.
