Placeable(s) - Restrictions Removed

Last week I came across a mod that allowed you to place placeable's wherever you want. (Closer to other objects). Somehow I got sidetracked, and never downloaded it. So far my search's are coming up with nothing, I was wondering if someone knows the name of placeable utility mod, or could provide a link.

I think you are talking about "Extended placeable" from kevin98. But from what I know it's available only on Stappenbach and few other maps and not like standalone mod.

Thank You, I thought I was loosing my mind, I knew I had read it somewhere, as I had download Stappenbach last week.
