corn header only harvest in reverse..lol

I converted a little corn header from fs15..finally got the kinks out (no errors) but it only harvest in reverse..any help would be greatly appreciated

it only harvests when going backwards or it harvests crop behind expected area?

Only harvest backwards or if i stop.
