Invisible No Tip collision problem.

So I'm editing the Colorado map for personal use and building a quarry.
To make the quarry I used GE to dig out the area and am using FS17 (with cheats) to fill it with rock in order to shape it rather then have an sharp mound as GE does it.
I'll then use that as the basis for a new save game.

However, my new pit seems to have a couple of invisible objects or collision maps that prevent the rock being tipped. Can tip on either side of these thin lines, but with the height of the quarry the gap get's pretty big. The pictured machinery is already falling in the holes and I'm not even 1/4 done.

Has anyone seen this before or might know how I can fix this?

I marked out the area (so far identified) in red.

Image works now.
Did you check the tipCollision in the infoview in the GE?

Do you have developer mode enabled? If so press F5 so we can see the collisions

I've checked tipCol in GE, also checked physics running incase there was some invisible collision.
I deleted all of the rock with the roller and did a before and after with physics shown.

I also check the location in GE, it's in the middle of a terrain texture paint grid, not that it should matter.

It's got me beat.
