Lone Oak Farm ? ? ?

I'm not sure why, but a lot of new maps simply fail to fully load. I always start each new map with zero (0) mods running. I've have a slew of maps I really like to try, but they simple fail to load, most have error similar to below.

Seems very strange they never load. Not sure what that error is but I too load every map with zero mods to check out the map and every one loads normally.

You have another mod enabled there as well, speed player. Try it with no mods in your mod folder.

That's from a prior load, that last time I tied like I said. zero mods running. Don't ask me why, but after FS17 closes it keeps stuff in the log from prior sessions.

I've noticed that too. Have you tried it with no mods in the mod folder? I suspect some mod you have is causing the problem.

Do you actually have a "[" character in your file path, or is that just something to do with how the game formats it?
If that is part of the actual file path, do other maps work with that "[" character in the file's path?

I'm wondering if that has something to do with it....

Just read somewhere on FB that BB confirmed, somwhere, that the file is missing...
So guess you can't do anything about it ^_^

whats the Path with this [ in Name of the Folder

Try to rename the Folder in aceptable Rules. Only A-Z, 0-9 or the Underline _ Nothing else in Pathnames.
If this will clear the Problem, never use Spaces in your Names with FarmingSimulator Pathnames

I have the exact same error in my log ... but I have no issues like this with my game.

i was going to suggest that the server at Giants was overloaded and shut down due to everyone trying to downloading it (Yes West Coast... im looking at you). but if its a file missing, thats a diffrent story.

Has anyone been able to get the repair vehicle mod working on this map? I don't see the yellow and black hash marks like I do when I placed a workshop in goldcrest valley. When I pull a vehicle up to the workshop icon, and get out, the repair mod does nothing. When I have the same mods enabled in goldcrest and pull up to the yellow and black hashes in front of the workshop you can build and get out, it lets me repair.

Bullet Bill replied to a FB post saying it was the mod, as the workshop uses the standard Giants workshop object. How does someone get a msg to the mod author to let them know? Just a thread on here?

It's not Bill. He said that the map uses the standard workshop so he said it's the repairvehicle mod that needs to be tweaked. I guess it's someone named Rival.
