Scripting update

I am having lag problems, using the console (F8) I have identified that the "scripting update" item is above 100000 when this happens. Its default value is around 18000. I would just like to know, what does that mean, so I can try to solve it.

The problem is when I am unloading sugar cane on the random wagons, using the Course Play.
My FPS crashes drastically, the game crashes. This happens when some wagon is unloading in a random trailer.
I made several tests, I'm sure the problem is not the CP.
The video drivers have been uninstalled and installed again and the game as well.
