MP Managment Admin Menu Not Appearing

As the title says, I've downloaded mpmanagement and all adjoining mods, I previously used the admin menu but my game crash and erased the save. Whenever i press crtl z for the tablet, there is no prompt to register, and my money menu disallows me from everything because i am not an admin/farm head. I want to play with my friend but with this problem, any money i earn doesn't get put into my account.
