I hope some smart modder will come up with a trailer for FS19. Any farmer who would pay $350,000.00 plus for a one bed room farm house would have to be out of his mind. A small popup trailer could be pulled with the Mahindra or a tractor and you could set it up anywhere. Someone with a entrepreneurial spirit could make a fortune selling
to farmers who need a place to live.

Or just cheaper farmhouse options. You can get container homes irl on amazon for under $50,000. That would also probably be easier for modders since it is still a placeable.
