Map placeables

I'm new to using forums. I normally just look on YouTube but I can't find anything. I just finished a map for FS19 and when I place my buy able silo I can't use it. For that matter I can't sell any of the placeables I buy. I can place hundreds of them. Just can't use them or sell them
