- Pickupable objects: dropped/thrown objects should make a sound hitting and sliding against surfaces
- Player/vehicles through vegetation and colliding sideways into buildings, fences, vehicles, etc
- Cover/uncover
- Fasten/unfasten tension belts/straps
- Impacts
- Animal products (boxes, pallets, etc) should state how much each product container actually contains when cursor hovers over
- Lights
- Player flashlight automatically turns on at night (optional)
- Vehicles
- Automatically turn on vehicle lights at night (optional)
- Remember vehicle light status
- Camera toggle to center on attached tool/trailer
- Chainsaw branch/limb trimming should be easier like in FS17; also, finding cut planes is annoying and too fine (pixel hunt quest)
- Easier way to remove bushes without having to plow, seed (if grass is to grow again), and roll; add a "string trimmer" ("weed wacker") like in "Farm Expert 2017" and "Farmer's Dynasty" and/or allow cultivators and mowers to also remove weeds
- Manually connect/hook and cover/uncover trailer/tool outside of vehicle (optional)
- More crop types: pumpkins, alfalfa, carrots, lettuce, cabbage, etc
- Movable/pickupable objects remember their positions and aren't reset on game load (plus a way to fix/plant knocked over street signs that don't seem to get reset)
- Tension belts should also hold vehicles and tools
- Usable shovel to scoop up crop on ground (i.e. animal pen) and put into various containers/trailers/tools
- Allow advanced graphics options, mouse sensitivity, and other main-menu-only settings to be accessible during gameplay
- Contracts sortable by name, type, and money
- Map tag anywhere
- Mousewheel scrolling should move option container instead of focus/selection
- Options (besides those listed as "optional" elsewhere)
- Slower crop growth (slow is still too fast at 5x speed)
- Pausing game should pause EVERYTHING: music, particle effects, wind, birds, etc and stop updating the game in the background when alt-tabbed out of so the system isn't laggy
- Show crop icon next to crop name whenever mentioned in UI (contracts, help, etc)
- Sort "keyboard controls" (should just be "controls" since they also include mouse) into groups to make them easier to find: player/on-foot, vehicle, boxes around various vehicle/tool controls (crane arm/tool, cutter reel, drawbar, flaps, front loader arm/tool, hydraulic hitch, pipe, sprayer arm, etc)
- All lights should cast shadows (only sun, moon, and some work lights do); especially vehicles (optional)
- Collision: tree branches/limbs should bend; if hit hard enough with enough mass, larger branches should break off
- Particle effects
- Collided tree branches/limbs should emit leaves/needles and even some smaller branches/twigs
- Grain dumping/emptying/pouring into containers/ground should show particle effects (plus when colliding with tipper/trailer crossbeams
- Sparks when dragging metal things (log forks et al) on asphalt, concrete, and metal
- Water
- Lake/ocean plane has no rendered bottom/under side
- Raining should make surfaces look wet and affect vehicle/tool traction (more slippery); drops/splash on surfaces (especially vehicle windows)
- Terrain deformation: tires, tools, dropped objects (tree branches/limbs/logs/trunks, anything pickupable), etc should at least leave a mark (decal) on the ground texture
