Getting Map Mods To Work On Other PCs

I edited the Ravenport map and it works on my computer but when i copy it to another PC the terrain has not changed, stayed original!
I have Zipped it and everthing but i dont know what to do. i when to multiplayer and the terrain was what i edited on my pc but was not on the other pc, and aswell as in Single Player on that PC!. Same thing when i when onto Giants Editor On That PC!

sounds like a pathing issue to me check your log.txt in your FS19 folder in docs/my games
