Rim color help

I know how to change color of vehicle, but I can't change rim's color.
The following lines was added to xml :

<rimColorConfigurations useDefaultColors="true" price="200"</rimColorConfigurations>

...but nothing happens.

Could anyone help me, what should I do to make rim's color configurable?
