Mooving wool station ?

Hi there.
Im building my own map og the org. german map.
when i move the wool selling stration and type the cordinate in the defaultItems.xml file
nothing happends ! i cant sell the cotton bale in that place.

any descriptions or help to move the wool selling station ( how to) ?
