FS19 Guide for PBR and shader with Giants Editor 8 ?

I’ve been looking around for information about texture packing and PBR workflow with the new Giants Editor and FS19, but I cannot seem to find anything relevant.
The documentation and “for dummies” book are outdated.
I’ve just made my model visible in-game, purchaseable And placeable in FS19, but I cannot work out the PBR texture method used with GE, it seems a bit different than what I’m used to (Metal/roughness in Octane and Arnold).
Any guide, written or preferably video, is appreciated!

Alright, so I had a look. It didn't really answer anything I was asking for. While UDIM support is interesting, I'm still in the dark about shaders, texture packing etc of custom assets.
This is what I have thus far, render from Substance Painter.

you would be best of asking on FS-UK as lot of building makers and mappers are based there. that looks awesome when can i move in?

Alright, thanks, I'll try FS-UK then.
As soon as doors are added (just for visuals) and the texture stuff has been sorted

Hi @olahaldor - So nice to see fresh, good looking nordic buildings for FS
AFAIK the UDIM option is mostly used for vehicles and equipment. So for buildings, I believe the video below (for FS17) is still viable.
I would also advise you to join the Vertex Dezign discord. Judging from their FS19 sheds pack it seems they know a lot about making buildings for FS19. Their modding channel is mainly in German. But I guess there's room for English speakers as well.
