Mods appearing on mod hub for console but not on the In game modhub

I have been wondering why during the last few days I see mods appearing on the modhub which say they are for console but do not appear in game mod hub

Check you have ‘show all mods’ selected in the modhub and you are checking the ‘latest’ tab.

It’s either l3 or r3 to select ‘show all mods’

I have still don’t understand it like any ps4 players received the mods this week that are for console I got the giants ones but not any other

Thank you for all developers private, Giants and or other for all the great mods released daily, however I watch and see 15 to 20 each day created for console but barely 1 or 2 for ps4/xbox.
Is this not a cross over of written script or is it a simple issue of not uploading the same to ps4? Either way could someone let me know if we are SOON to see the same for ps4 as the console or is this more complicated?

Thank you soooooooo much for your quick reply. I can stop driving myself crazy now thinking I will eventually see this mods on the 4. Thank you for explaining why [license issue]. I didn't figure that the console and the 4 were simply crossover platforms but I see why they don't, why spend the time when you have to go through license red tape. So looks like I probably buy the console version now lol. To all those that do make the mods for ps4 I salute you for your hard work and efforts.
