Modding Animals

Hey folks, new to fs19 and forums all together so please bare with me. I have searched a good number of forums and websites, but have came up short. Was wondering if it was possible to alter the current 3d models of the livestock in game? Was looking to make distinctly different male and female animals and maybe even different breeds. If possible how hard and how would I go about doing so?
