So I'm currently playing around with the Grimme S-710 and Grimme SL8022 Conveyors to see if I can modify them so that if I position one at the entrace of the Manure Silo on a Cow/Pig Pen it can empty all the Manure out of the pen without needing to keep driving the conveyors forward every so often. It would also make it easier to unload Silage from Bunkers as well with the extra pickup length.
Now I've had a look at both Tools I3D files in Giants Editor and see nothing there to change. I then look in the XML files and find the following section:

This I assume relates to the actual pickup of the Conveyors and controls the area they pick up in. Now I have tried changing the values for Width and Length and then going into game and test the mods and not seeing any noticeable change. I have even put in real extreme values like 500 for Width and 500 for Length, but again when I test in game I only get the same default area that the conveyors will pick up from.
Anyone know how or what I need to change to get it to do the effect I'm looking for in game?

I have Stevie's conveyor and that's exactly the one I'm trying to modify, so I can empty the manure pits on his Fenton Forest Map.

@cwattyseo: You need to open it up in GE and adjust the work area nodes. Those determine the area from which a conveyor will pick up from the ground (those that can).

Hey cmdrbyron, I have opened the conveyor up in Giants Editor and that's what is confusing me the thing has no Work Area Nodes in it, that's why I'm somewhat confused by how it works.
