Without knowing the exact mods you're talking about or the site you used, it's hard to say. Few ideas...
If the site you used is the official modhub, just go in-game and redownload them from there. They'll automatically be put where they need to be.
Seems dumb but make sure the mods are 19 mods. Have seen a couple people try to pass 17 mod links off as 19 mods for some dumb reason.
Lastly(and most likely IMO), they may need to be unpacked. Try double clicking on the zip files, if there are more zipped files inside you'll need to extract the main zip and place the files from inside it into your mods folder.

I had a look inside the log.txt, and ther is said:
Load mod: FS19_itRunnerPack (Version: 1.0.0.0) (Hash: 4375f4eb9d7650f868fd949d06e35d6b)
Error: Unsupported mod description version in mod FS19_itRunnerPack
and
Load mod: FS19_MoneyTool (Version: 1.0.0.0) (Hash: 2c1536cf45153f40cc723887135746c7)
Error: Unsupported mod description version in mod FS19_MoneyTool
The mods are from the site for FS19, which I am playing... What to do about that?
Please post the entire log.txt here (see the link 'log.txt' in my signature for instructions), so that we can get a better idea what's going wrong.

you do not have the newest game version installed. Version 1.2 is current version.
You have still version 1.1 installed. Your problem should be fixed with game update.
Guy with 5 posts shows up having problem with mods running the very intital day one version of the game, despite it now being March. I hate to be suspicious but you generally only see this problem with people running copies of the game acquired through illicit and illegal means. Anyone owning the genuine article would have patched and updated the game long before now.

You may be suspicious,, but I am only playing original games. I Just started playing FS19 this week, and have not seen a notification about any updates.
Well if you had purchased and installed the Game with Steam it would already be the latest version 1.2.0.1 when you installed it. If not as soon as you try to start the game it would install the update.
If you bought the game directly from Giants then you will need to go to the updates page on their website and download the latest 1.2 patch from there right at the top of the page: https://www.farming-simulator.com/updat ... country=gb
