Ps4 mod hub

Hi I'm playing on ps4 and I can't update past 1.05 I've uninstalled and reinstalled I can download off the mod hub in the main menu but I'm missing a lot of the new mods my internet is fine and it tells me I've got that latest version can any one help? Thanks
