Xbox one 5th hitch wheel trailer controls

I need help I can't get the ramps on the lizard 5th wheel hitch trailer to come down? Whenever I try to lower the ramps it just lowers the truck trunk door. I've tried every control I can think of? Could someone please help me with this? Remember i'm on xbox one playing farming simulator 17.

Make sure you have the trailer selected. Sounds like you just have the truck selected
