Independent control of front/rear implement (raise/lower+on/off)?

Any one know if there is a mod/script that gives you the possibility to control the front and rear implements without having to toggle between them (I recall that this feature used to be included in the Drive Control mod for previous versions of the game)?

The game has a line in the controls menu for raise / lower all implements ... but I do not really like how this works.
