Why are Xbox One mods not showing on Xbox One?

I visited the modhub on my pc and noticed some new mods are available for Xbox One. I then went onto Xbox and noticed that those mods were not on the Xbox One mod page. How can I get those mods?

Make sure at the bottom left of your screen you have all mods selected and not top mods

Oh my god! Thank you seriously! I legit have been playing Xbox One Farm Sim 19 the day it has been out and I have thought this whole time PS4 was just getting better stuff than Xbox One. Honestly thank you a lot.
