Anybody know what to change in the xml to make an implement lower faster?

speed-value is the key ;-)

I’m looking for it in 19 I have searched modded and vanilla implements and can’t find that line

It's in <attachable> section.

Have a look at the poettingerNovaCat301.xml for example
