FS19 | how set up start up fields crops

my question is simple. i made a map, and i want to have field 19 to start with no crop on it. whatever happens, when i start a new game, i want a just ploughed field 19. is it possible. and if so, how. i set up this in GE, but when i start i got my fields with some crops on them. is ithere a way to choose which crops are on fields at start up
