Frankenland map

Hi

I'd like to know, is there are Frankenland map in FS19? I haven't found it. It has different names of this map: Westfalen, Westphalia, Frankenland, Franconia. It's the best map and also my favorite map. I had played it since FS11, but already in FS17 it wasn't anymore. Can someone make this mod suitable for FS19, please?
