[FS19] Ground Response

To begin with, i have not made any mods by myself, but altered some for my own specific liking.
In Farming Simulator 17, we had a mod called Ground Response, made by Giants themselves and were a great addition to the game.
They have it implemented in 19 natively, but it only registers with soil.
Is it possible to get fs19 working with other ground materials aswell, and change the parameters for occation position swap and with how much the difference would be with a slider for each ground material, from the server menu?
