Strobe Lights in Mods

I have loved Farming Simulator since their 2015 and I have downloaded a lot of emergency vehicles, service vehicle, etc. During Farming Simulator 19 however,(i.e F-250 Lighting Package) the strobe lighting is very dim and is not as "vibrant" as it is in other people youtube videos, mod showcase photography. So I downloaded Light Addons, turned on Realistic Beacons, Turned up and down graphics and literally tried every combination of these settings/addons. I love using these vehicles but the strobing is very dim and I do not like the dimness of them. If anybody can recommend any mods/Settings for me to use in order for them to work; or if this is just how it is and the videos and photography I see is edited/filtered, Please Contact me here or via e-mail. I think it is either shadows or light quality, you have to turn all the way up for it to flash like it should.
