Combine grain flow rate

Hello to the forum
Im making a cr 10.90 combine with a monitor with extended infos and animations to be as realistic possible.I d like to add and an animation that show the grain flow rate but i m not familiar with scripting .I need a script to calculate this and allow me to place this info on the dashboard on the xml. Can someone help me with that?
