Better customizable console map

I want to create a map like the flat map is supposed to allow. If the drop offs were moved to allow more open land to edit or made movable that would help significantly. Also, my terrain editor doesn’t work on most of the open land. Yes I have bought the land. I play on Xbox and want to create a map or smaller version of one without giants editor.
